Guest guest
Interesting website. Thinking of ordering one. Am curious about one of the other products, the toothzapper... http://www.bestzapper.com/toothzappicator.htm Could this really do something with the metals in the mouth to make them leave? Is that what it is saying? Thanks, Holly <inticci@...> wrote: bestzapper.com Called the Autozapp It works and is cheaper than other ones that I'm not sure work. Thanks for all your support! ==>You only treat parasites if you get stool tests that indicate you actually have them. The test indicates what kinds so you know what treatment to use as well. If you suspect you have them do get tested. However, garlic, coconut oil and oil of oregano kill most of them. I was extremely sick from candida but when tested I had no parasites - see Bee's Personal Candida Story in the files (after the folders). ==>Many people advising you can get confusing. Often they don't understand what a truly good nutrient-dense diet IS with enough animals meats, fish and eggs, plus " good " saturated fats, so they recommend all kinds of supplements that aren't necessary. They may also recommend complicated supplements that have many ingredients, which isn't a good idea because you won't know what is causing you problems if you react to them. ==>Since my diet and the supplements work together it is better to just take the Essential Supplements I recommend and nothing else. Too many supplments overwhelm the body and may be counterproductive. My list keeps them to the bare minimum. You can send me the list your friend recommends and I will advise you about them. Okay? Guest guest
Yes, it is usually stool examination/floatation. A comprehensive digestive stool analysis would include this but your doctor can order this separately from the local hospital lab. Giardia is a common protozoal parasite in the small intestine but there are a number of others, from amoebas to worms to liver flukes. Some may not show up on the first examination. Giardia causes malabsorption similar to IgA deficiency or celiac. Pinworms cause rectal itching usually especially around 11 pm, when the worms become active (yuck!). Each kind, tapeworms, etc. (and there are probably hundreds, if not thousands) have their own symptoms and locations and I'd rather not go through all the possible horror stories. If you have visited the tropics or a so-called " third-world " country, some of these parasites are more likely. Giardiasis is common in this country, so are a number of other parasitic diseases. Some parasites are opportunistic and more likely to affect immune- compromised hosts. I assume you are talking mostly about internal parasites. You can get hookworms in the SE US by going barefoot outside. Liver flukes are usually contracted, believe it or not, in humans by eating watercress.(See, there are some advantages to having picky eaters.) There are, of course, also external parasites like lice, fleas, and chiggers. Of course if your pet has worms, some of them can be passed to humans, usually by the fecal/oral route. That's why we are supposed to get our kids to wash their hands before eating (good luck!) There, I didn't know I had that little essay in me...that's what comes from being an old retired biologist. Hope it helps. Ask your pediatrician. (And I hope that Ben didn't pick up anything from the bird my puppy killed this noon, which he picked up...often parasites on animals, like ticks, carry protozoal parasites that may affect humans (lyme disease, etc.)...and I am always bugging Ben to put his shoes on outside because we live in FL which is Parasite Central for the US. One of my friends caught relapsing fever from a tick that lives on pigeons, which her husband breeds, last year.) Guest guest
I gave my son ParaShield and without going into nauseating detail, he definitely had a problem. I continue to use it about twice a week and you can visibly see the results, both in behavior improvements and in his bm's. I didn't base it on test results but he was always very messy and hands-on with his own diapers prior to toilet training, so I assumed there could be a problem. Guest guest
Amy, did you say that you just tried the parashield without having him tested first? So, if it turned out that he didn't have a parasite problem, using the parashield would be safe? You said that you continue to use it twice a week, how much did you use it in the beginning, and how long has he been using it? How long do you think you'll need to use it, is it a long time treatment? Where did your son get the parasites from. do you know? We suspect that my son may have a parasite problem, but he hasn't been tested, and we have no idea where he would have got them from. We were also wondering if we could treat him safely without having him tested first, even if it turns out that he doesn't have them. How do you use the parashield, and where do you get it from? Thanks for your help. Amber. On 6/6/06, Amy <noahsmom7898@...> wrote: > > I gave my son ParaShield and without going into nauseating detail, he > definitely had a problem. I started with just one dose to see what happened. The most I used it was about 5 days in a row. I've been using it at least a year. I give it to him between 2x a week and once every 2 weeks - when he seems yeasty but the usual antifungals aren't helping. How long do you think > you'll need to use it, is it a long time treatment? In most cultures, parasites are seen as something that can and do happen to almost everyone at some point. We are the only culture that doesn't address them, as I understand it. That doesn't mean they don't exist here. I do plan to periodically use it whenever he seems excessively stimmy but yeast treatments don't help. Where did your son get > the parasites from. do you know? I assume his diapers, and many people get them from handling raw meat. I don't mean the dangerous ones that can kill you, but they're out there in milder forms. > We suspect that my son may have a parasite problem, but he hasn't been > tested, and we have no idea where he would have got them from. Google " parasite cleanse. " Although I find most of those methods extreme, you will get some basic information about how we get them and what other cultures do to treat them. We were also > wondering if we could treat him safely without having him tested first, even > if it turns out that he doesn't have them. If he doesn't have them, you maybe wouldn't need to treat them. It's possible that the ingredients are just acting in a way on the yeast that is more powerful than anything we've ever tried. How do you use the parashield, > and where do you get it from? I uses the capsules and liquid, and I get it from our health food store. I mixed the liquid in applesauce, and give him a capsule (although he chews it rather than swallowing it.) Now, I just use a squirt of the liquid in applesauce, with his other supplements. Guest guest
From what i understand from the things i have read about parasites is that when they are killed off, we can suffer from a 'die-off' reaction. I think but am not 100% sure, this is due to the toxic waste produced from the parasites dying. That is why it is encouraged to do a bowel cleanse before a parasite cleanse so that one can evacuate the toxins quicker and easier - thus hoping to reduce die-off reactions, such a nausea, migraine, insomnia, aching limbs etc. www.curezone.com is a great site which has a parasite support forum. (Supporting you, not the parasites!) Hope this helps abit, Bec. >From: " Rich " <mrrich1@...> >Reply-bowel cleanse >bowel cleanse >Subject: Parasites >Date: Sun, 25 Feb 2007 15:49:25 -0000 > >I have heard that parasites can give you a really hard time when you >try to kill them. Guest guest
I agree. I have looked at badbugs and just do not want to take the toxic combination. I have had environmental toxic exposure so am getting better since the offending plastic mesh implant was removed in October. I am also doing far infrared sauna, inulin and whey. Raising your glutathione levels is a VERY effective way to eliminate parasites. Bill

**************************************
AOL now offers free email to everyone. Guest guest
Hi Bill I was daignosed with Blastocystis and Candida in stool samples 6 weeks ago and have been taking herbs to kill the blasto. 6 weeks of treatment coming to end tomorrow - yippee. I will have another test in 3 weeks to see if Im clear. I am sure Blasto is a pathogen, though is not recognized by a lot of Dr.s as such. It is true tht symptoms vary from person to person and depend on general health specally of the bowel. I have been using the whey and Inulin for about 5 weeks and am just starting to notice an improvement. I have also been on a Candida diet and some of the herbs also kill candida, so its difficult for me to say what exactly is working for what. I would recommend the whey Inulin and Selenium to boost glutathoine and promote good bowel ecology and immune strength. Look at badbugs.org for Blasto information. I thought I'd try the herbs before resorting to antibiotics. ByronShire NSW Australia
Guest guest
I don't know about lab work -- I understand it only turns up about 5% of parasite infestations (doesn't even check for most of them) and perhaps 30% of bowel dysbioisis. Guest guest
Yes, most are microscopic but some can be visible like tape worms and pin worms. Your puppy had round worms. Heart worm is transferred by mosquito bites. I haven't heard of heartworm infecting humans but it might be possible. I haven't checked it out. Unclean water harbors lots of critters that can get in you as can inadequately washed fruits and veggies. Besides the cleanses you need to use a zapper. Trichina worm lives in muscle and as many as 1/3 of Americans who eat pork have been infected from what I have read. single cell parasites can cause diarrhea, vomiting and fever. flukes and viruses can cause cancer. Just recently salmonella was found in peanut butter, the source was from a leaky sprinkler system in the attic of the storage area. contaminated water dripped into the raw peanuts and powdered peanuts. You cannot be sure that everything you have eaten in your life was free of parasites. You need to follow Dr s protocol to get rid of parasites. Zapping is part of the process. texasrose4907 <texasrose4907@...> wrote: I have another question. Do people really have parasites? I have never heard of that! Guest guest
Sandy, I don't think we have parasites from implants . . . However, anyone can get parasites . . . and, if you get them, they need to be gotten rid of . . . so your body can use the nutrition you give it for itself and not have to share with critters you don't want around. Guest guest
this is my opinion (not being medical by nature), My son last year had some cysts ie. eggs. His pediatrician said not too treat it, but I went ahead while he was on Diflucan. We continued on the protocol and had nooo problems. Its your decision but I believe its better to get rid of anything that in the GI system that can be harmful. Go with your gut feeling. Guest guest
Hi , Having a parasite (or parasites) can be huge on behavior and the body. I would have my child treated right away. You are *lucky* you know what parasite is affecting your child and the treatment for it. My son had a parasite (or parasites) and we did not know which one(s). I was told there are tests for ~50, yet there are over 1000 different parasites. We were still able to effectively treat him, but the discovery process was arduous and he was suffering (severe diarrhea, lethargy, dehydration for daaaaayyyyys). Kristy Re: parasites Thanks for your feedback. We are not seeing him yet. He just got the packet. I am wondering whether we should that the " autism " labs are accurate and treat it the way they want us to. I am not sure how long we will be waiting for an appointment. We don't want to mess up anything in his protocol by treating it the wrong way or treating something that does not exist. Does anyone know what the behavioral or physical effects of having a parasite could be? Cheryl Lowrance wrote: > I agree with that Dr. G and your ped. would more than likely > treat the parasites. Guest guest
The other thing I was told about parasites is that at any given time, 1 in 5 children has them, but they won't show any signs because their immune systems aren't compromised. In our kids, however, they often are affected negatively because their immune systems are compromised.
