Powders are better than pills since they are absorbed more easily. Whether it tastes sour or not doesn't change its effectiveness. I just wanted to taste the magnesium. It was extremely sour like ascorbic acid! I also chewed up a mag tablet. It was chalky and not sour at all. I think the thing to do is switch back to mag tablets for now and see if the diarrhea stops. I started taking the mag powder Aug. 1. The diarrhea started Aug. 4. If the mag powder is really Vit. Guest guest
Well, magnesium 'citrate' - citric. Might that be a bit of a clue? I kind if think that if it didn't taste at least a bit sour, it might not be what it is supposed to be! It's not the magnesium that tastes sour, but the citrate component that it is linked to. > > > > > > > Bee asked: How long have you been on my program, and did your diarrhea start after that? I had diarrhea 2 times at school today. Also it was that time of the month to not have supplements taday. +++Not getting the nutrients you need daily is not going to help you. It is obvious your body's favorite way of getting rid of toxins is with diarrhea. People who have serious diarrhea issues have watery stools up to 20 or more times a day, which can be explosive so they come out forcefully. +++Diarrhea won't harm you if you get enough liquids and minerals - ensure you are getting 1 1/2 teaspoons of good ocean sea salt per day too. +++Unfortunately, for your health, you may need to do other things when you are working. Assigning a responsible student as a monitor is one thing you might need to do, so you can leave the classroom. Second, you may have to wear Depends in case you have an accident. +++If you do things that stop your body's natural detoxifying processes you will not progress like you should. Rub coconut oil into the sore places and do your best to tolerate it in the meantime. You might need some protection (pads or whatever) when you are out in public. Guest guest
Hi Nina, Loose stools is one way for your body to get rid of toxins. I've had this for the past two years that I've been on Bee's diet. It is pretty much the only healing reaction that I have anymore. I don't feel bad after having this for so long and in fact, it makes me feel better after a trip to the bathroom. As someone who used to have cystic acne, I am happy that my body is detoxing this way rather than through my skin, for example. If your bottom is raw, try putting some coconut oil on it after every trip to the bathroom. (a group moderator) > > Hello group, > > I have been following Bees's diet and supplements for 9 weeks. Guest guest
Lynn, Magnesium oxide is the least absorbable form of magnesium and the most likely to cause diarrhea. You would get much better benefit if you took a more absorbable form. It could easily be the magnesium! Guest guest
Hi , Hang in there my friend. I do not believe you are too old to get well. I have discovered that while on Bee's program my body will detox through diarrhea for several days in a row, and sometimes I would find myself getting very raw because of the frequency and volume. After trying various ways to alter my supplements, decrease my fat, or minimize the diet in any way, I was still left with the diarrhea and a nagging sense that I was not providing my body with all the essential elements to get well which is why I put myself on Bee's program in the first place. ly, I'm grateful now for the chance to detox. I have had to remind myself to allow my body to do what is natural and necessary for it to get well. Sometimes it is expressed in a headache, sore throat or lack of energy. Often it is manifested as diarrhea which can be persistent and require diligence to prevent an embarrassing situation. I've also had a very unusual symptom recently of very painful cramping. As the pain increased I discovered blood in my urine. This lasted several hours and I was quite concerned. It resolved in the middle of the night. While keeping up with all my supplements, and consuming fat and protein at proper levels, I do still experience diarrhea, but there are days in which I have a soft BM in the morning and I am fine for the rest of the day. I may even have a few days like this before I am facing more days of diarrhea or infrequent loose stools. When I consider that I have only been on Bee's progam since June, I accept the fact that, by using Bee's diet, I am deliberately providing my body with all the elements necessary to heal, and I am determined to allow them to work in the body as it sees fit. Sometimes this interferes with my plans, but my disease has been interfering with my life for 15 years! Keep going , it will get better! Nina > > Hi Bee and friends, > > I've been on your program for over four months (at about 98%) and I've had a variety of detox symptoms, such as head aches, rashes, itchy skin, diarrhea/loose stool, mood swings, anxiety, insomnia and brain fog. It's built up over time to the point of difficulty sitting and I cannot leave the house. Frequently, it's a stream of brown fluid (sorry if this bothers you). I tried blending all of my meals but that does nothing for it. It was about 3-4 years ago that I had a bad case of diarrhea that was diagnosed as irritable bowel disease and I was eating bananas and sweet potatoes amongst other soft foods to deal with that. It wasn't until I was diagnosed properly by a friend that I knew I was dealing with candida since the candida diet she suggested worked in a matter of days and the six months of diarrhea ceased. I guess that this could be re-tracing although the experiences are quite different. Now I have intense gas in between frequent bouts of diarrhea and that didn't happen before. I don't recall a lot of the details so I can't compare the type of diarrhea nor do I think other readers would like to read the details. And, if symptoms are re-experienced at a month for a year, this diarrhea has gone beyond the 2 weeks for 6 months. > > I'm concerned that I may be too old and too compromised (many health issues) for my body to heal. Guest guest
Happy Birthday , One of the best gifts you can give yourself is the gift of healing. Sometimes we have to unwrap several layers of the " paper and trim " or rather our " healing symptoms " before we get to the gift, which for us, would be restored health. The best is yet to come! In example, I recall an gentleman of 78, with Parkinsons disease, whom began diet and lifestyle changes. I seen him introduced on a video which was hosted by Null. Nonetheless, If I recall correctly, he was healed at age 81-82 and went on to live to 94 or so. Its rarely ever too late to start healing or even developing muscle for that matter and there has been many instances of this. I'm weak and scared. Is there a chance that I could have some other problem, having diarrhea for so long around the clock, like my appendix or something? Do others get diarrhea for this long with no let up while on this plan? I've had a few days here and there since being on the diet but so many days in a row are exhausting my body. > > > > Hi Bee and friends, > > > > I've been on your program for over four months (at about 98%) and I've had a variety of detox symptoms, such as head aches, rashes, itchy skin, diarrhea/loose stool, mood swings, anxiety, insomnia and brain fog. I'm 68 years old as of today and I had to cancel the plans I had for my birthday. But, that's not the worst of it. I'm canceling everything since I can't leave the house. (I do wear pads to go to the store and use coconut oil on my butt) > > > > Can you advise me how to deal with this ongoing problem that doesn't respond to the 9-day liquid diet and whether you think I may be too old and compromised to heal (I can't imagine you'd say so, but I have to put the question forward since it's bothering me so much)? > > > > Thanks in advance for any help that you can offer to me, > > > > XOXOX > > >

You and I are both Scorpios, and 3 of my moderators are also Scorpios. First, you are never too old to improve your health! You could have 30+ years of good health left to live and you want to take advantage of this program to ensure you can live longer and not suffer like others are. About your diarrhea, remember my brother who is 63 years old, who had Crohn's Disease (diarrhea and inflammation) for over 20 years when he started on my program. He continued to have diarrhea for another 20 months on my program when it finally stopped since it takes 1 month of healing for every year. For him it was better than handing him millions of dollars. Like you, he had to be careful whenever he went out, but he did that for 20 years plus 20 months, because he never knew when he'd have an accident. Even though he had diarrhea for so long he was obviously getting " proper nutrients " and wasn't dehydrated or his body couldn't have healed his Crohn's Disease. So please hang in there , since it takes as long as it takes for your body to do its job, which may not be the same for everyone or follow the rule about 1 month for every year exactly. Also getting stressed about it isn't going to help you. I suggest you do more regular deep breathing exercises and focus your attention on things that make you happy and help you relax. Also read more about how the body heals itself so you feel more secure that you are moving towards health and not towards dis-ease: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu1_2.php Don't lose heart my friend! It is never too late, and this too shall pass. Lotsa luv & healing hugs, Bee
Guest guest
Thank you to Bee, Ed and Nina....it has put my heart to rest....hopefully, my butt will follow. If you folks weren't here I don't think I'd have the nerve to carry this plan out. Bless you all! > > > > Hi Bee and friends, > > > > I've been on your program for over four months (at about 98%) and I've had a variety of detox symptoms, such as head aches, rashes, itchy skin, diarrhea/loose stool, mood swings, anxiety, insomnia and brain fog. Guest guest
Bee can you tell us how your brother is doing now? Does he still follow your diet even though he is healed? But he's not on the internet so it's difficult for him to quell his fears and get support. I've mailed him many articles but he gets too scared by his retracing symptoms, and has either gone along with the medical or he uses herbal treatments. Both of which don't help him since he's screwing up his diet, etc. I keep telling him to " get back on the program " but he doesn't get it, yet! So please pray for him!
