Guest guest
Dear Sandi & You bring up an important subject and one we should keep in mind if we are athletic and are going in for tests, Chris. Sandi, as for the Vitamin D, my doctor is a foremost physician when it comes to endocrinology and he prescribed Vitamin D2 once a month. Perhaps in light of all the problems I am having with my kidneys, we should review that, but I am not an outdoor person, since I cannot walk on grass or uneven flooring, so it is probably my best avenue to get the Vitamin D that I need. I will certainly look into it and skip my monthly pill and see if that has any effect. Yesterday I started the Clondine patch. I know how you feel about it, but it is infinitely better than ingesting it and all the other drugs that are making me sick. I am up that creek again. Now where is that paddle?????? LOL Happy New Year, everyone. I wish you all the best and healthiest year. Carpe Diem, Lottie Duthu
