Guest guest
Hi, I have had this same feeling when I over do it. I just cleaned my whole house 2 weeks ago cause I thought I was feeling good...well then that night I was achy all over and felt weird came home from my sons soccer practice and thought as the night went on I was gonna die..Had to call in to work the next day because I could not get out of bed then the next day I was better..I guess this is just from over exerting ourselves..Hope you feel better and no your not alone.. Prayers, LOVE YA, WENDY
Guest guest
I don't know if it's RA causing it because it is a pimary symptom of fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue also. I've had these symptoms for more years then I can remember. It's always the same. You do too much, then you feel like the flu. You're misereable, it forces you to rest, then get better and you're cautious. Then you feel Really good one day, so you do more to catch up on things. Then you feel misereable, like the flu. And so it goes for years and years and years and you realize that it will never end and it is just the way autoimmune diseases go. And you try to accept all this as a way of life because even though there are meds and supplments that help, and can realy help a lot, it never goes away and you will never feel the same as you did before all the illness started. So be good to yourself and try...try...try to be vigilant about not over doing it. Gentle Hugs, Stella > > Hi, > I have had this same feeling when I over do it. Guest guest
Hi Barbara, I'm feeling better, but I definitely have days like that. Makes it hard to have an every day job because you have no idea what it's going to be like when you wake up in the morning. Thanks Barbara! Merry Christmas! In a message dated 12/14/2008 7:51:09 P.M. Guest guest
Hi Heidi: I sure am glad you are feeling much better. I know what you mean by we never know what our days will bring when we wake up each morning. A surprise package!!!! How is your new job going? Still doing short hours? Are you freezing at home now? I know NH is awful with ice storms and no power for several days now. Glad I am here in sunny, warm, Florida. Wishing you pain free days, and of course, monster hugs to you!!!!!!!! Guest guest
Oh China, it is sad that when we hear from you, you are not at all well, at least the last 2 posts you reported that you were sick. I would go in for a good check up and I think a medical leave is what you need. Today's music is crazy, but if you listen to some of the words, they do make a lot of sense and I like your quote. Some people don't know how to live. My sister has alzheimer's but she still loves to laugh, even though you tell her the same jokes over each time you talk to her and she repeats the same things every 5 minutes. She does remember that I make her laugh and that is important, that we take time to laugh and do things that make us feel good. I do hope you are feeling better soon. xoxox Mama Lottie
