Guest guest
Lynn, Great, I knew they would get better. And I was sure they would not fall off. Glad you will be able to work without a lot of pain medication. I have not taken any today. Toughing it out. I know that stuff kept me awake. Guest guest
That is so good to hear!! They do something like that in our schools, The little kids have the " Smarty Pants Jar " when they have been kind and used nice words, and followed the teachers requests and behaved appropriately, they get to choose smarties from the jar. Bummer point is that my son can't have those. So he gets a pretzel. In the older grades it is called citizen of the month. You get breakfast with the principals and they put your photo up in the hall and a letter and phone call home that you got a " good referral " for kindness toward another student, modeling a good example, etc. I sooo agree, after working in schools that this NEEDS to be a part of it. Most parents today don't teach it, so it's needed, and as a bonus is helps our kids who need extra help learning that. And congrats to your little one!! Good for her! > > Just some good news to share. Our little one goes to a public school that incorporates social skills into their curriculum, yes, public school. They focus on kindness and being respectful and courteous to one another. I just love this school and wish I could clone it and place it in every city. > > Our little one 6, was chosen to receive the Kindness Award for all the first grade classes, her teacher reporting that she is always the first to help other kids and very unselfish. > > She has a lot of talents but I am probably most proud of this distinction. Especially since three years ago you could be horribly sick or hurt and she appeared not to notice. This is a great example of Biomedical treatment and it's about time that attention, even in schools, is given to how people behave, not only what they can achieve. > > > >

Guest guest
Hi Lynn! That's great news! I wondered how you were doing....I am glad your surgery is over. So sorry you had to go through that. One of our group members, who had terrible endometriosis trouble, gave birth to a baby girl a few months ago. She and her baby came over for a visit...they looked wonderful! Maybe a baby is around the corner for you too! Rest up and we'll keep praying that you will be back to normal in no time flat. Guest guest
Traci ~ Thank you my dear ! How are you feeling ? ? I cant wait for Doc B to see you and put his input into your situation. I wonder if pumping up the good guys ( lots of probiotics ) and live foods, and fermented foods would help build up your natural defense. I know you are on some, but with some extensive situations, you need droves of it. I read where one gentleman cured himself useing homemade kefir and kefir grains for enema's giving direct fresh kefir to his intestines. If your army is big, then you win ! Guest guest
Thanks ....My son is going with his friend to the mall tonight. Actually his friend is going on a first date...so he is really nervous...and he asked my son to come along. LOL! Now my son is nervous ...he told his friend he would take his meds...and his friend said good idea! OMG They are having me dirve them and pick them up. But my son came to me last night and said he was nervous being in the mall w/out me. So, I told him I would stay in the mall and shop ...go to the bookstore...etc. He felt much better and so did I. I did tell him that he is to stay with his friend who just turned 16. I'll let you know what happens!!! Guest guest
Hi Betty, That is AWESOME! Were you dieting? I lost 4 lbs this past month without dieting so I am equally pscyhed. What I did was elmininate wheat and eat organic, moderate exercise and optimized my thyroid meds. Mine have been lowered as well. I am on just .75 mcg of levo and 5 mcg of cytomel, sometimes 10. Doc says I can take ³up to 3 a day² but we agreed I do great on just 2 of the 5mcg. My hot flashes have even stopped ‹ and I sleep thru most nights. I think my adrenals are on the mend ‹ this is so encouragning and I am just really happy for you, too! Guest guest
Dear Val, I guess for now is take the good news and be thankful for that, and see where the fishing expedition takes you, at least thats a burden off your mind. Good luck on Monday with the bone scan, hopefully some answers will come with that. I'll be thinking of you! [ ] Good News The good news is, I don't have RA (rheumatoid arthritis) the bad news is they don't know what it is. I am getting a bone scan on Monday. I new this was going to be a fishing expedition. I am glad made it through both surgeries, it is all recovery now!
Guest guest
, I am with , for now, ride the good news and the fishing expedition and enjoy the holidays as much as you can. RA is no picnic...so hopefully they will find its something relatively treatable like Lymes disease... Take Care, Cam
