To do a Triathlon with CML - 1/2 ironman or ironman or just triathlon. How do you get over the fatigue and getting your body ready to do a tri. I am doing Ashanti Yogi which is a physical yoga and running from couch to 5kms Yoga OK and getting stronger physically but running I am still fatiqued. No attachment Would you send again One of my close friends is an Ironman and has gone over that finish line at Kona. He has an Ironman Tattoo on his ankles. Tom, I salute you.
