Guest guest
Thanks Lottie and thanks for your history in the next email. I am lucky enough to be in a position with my business to be able to reduce some of my stress and then exercise to accomplish some of my goals and maintain my physical health. My personal belief is that activity is so important if you have a chronic disease.....no one feels like exercising, but I believe any form of exercise is a benefit. Especially for our group who needs to have strong bodies and minds to combat this disease. I would be happy to help anyone in the group with motivation, exercise plans, etc.,......exercise does not have to mean pain, nor running for hours on end. It could simply mean a walk up and down the block..... I will continue to share my personal goals and achievements of the bucket list I put in place when I was diagnosed.....next up on the list in 2012 is to hike Kilimanjaro! I just offered my story, coaching, motivation to the Rocky Mountain chapter of LLS and their Team in Training. There are so many wonderful people in the world doing wonderful things...... Live Strong.....not weak! This is fabulous. You certainly have a good attitude, so I have no doubt that you will be around for a long time. I found it hilarious that you just admitted you were a diabetic and take a number of drugs for that and have CML and still consider yourself " Healthy " . Wow, we need you in Guiness book of records and no doubt would break some records. I don't think you have any idea of how many people you have planted seeds into their minds that they accomplish so much more than they thought they could. Continued good good luck, including your " good health " . Geburtstagslied, Lottie Duthu
