Guest guest
Hi Ellen, I'm curious how many mg's of the zinc you are using and how old your daughter is?? My pediatrician said to use a 5 mg supplement, (but she is not treating for ADHD, only for her deficiency). I'm thinking a larger amount would help, but I can't find anyone who knows what the RDA for an 8-year-old is! Thanks for your help. Kath ************** Start the year off right. Guest guest
Hi Ellen, Thanks for the info! I'm hoping to see a change after adding 5 mg of zinc. I think I'll also look into the calcium and magnesium. Thanks, Kath ************** Start the year off right. Guest guest
I know that Calcium/Magnesium if there is any deficiency is known to decrease anxiety - or should I say that the deficiency causes anxiety which can be decreased with supplementation. mykeirkel@... wrote: Hi Ellen, Thanks for the info!
