Well - ENJOY it, LOL. Go ahead and see the psych anyway, explain

what's been going on (show your diary) and that way, at least you

will have that initial appt over with if things were to get worse

again. Oh it would be sooooooo great if it all just stayed stopped!

Who knows?!?!

Okay, well thinks started creeping back up again yesterday evening.

She was asking me if the fuzz from her shirt would get into her

dinner. She was laying in my bed with me watching TV in the evening

before bed and she asked me if it was okay to touch the wall, she was

worried about the chemicals in the paint.

I think symptoms are still there just kinda hiding or lurking in the

shadows for now.

I am soooo. . . looking forward to this appointment today. Hopefully

I will get some answers.

Hi ,

Isn't that always the way? It's like when you make a dentist

appointment and the morning of, the tooth stops hurting.

I suppose if the therapist suggests that it's in your head, you've got

a clear indication to get a new therapist, right?

But the cyclical nature of OCD can be rough. Like others have said,

ENJOY the good times!!!

Good luck!

The dentist/toothache analagy is a good one because just about the time

you decide to cancel that dentist appointment, the next day all he--

breaks loose and the pain comes back with a vengeance.

I am most definitely still going to the psychologist and I really don't

think he will tell me it is all in my head. I have my pediatrician to

back me up and validate my concerns.

Thanks for everything. I will check back in with you all this evening

and let you know how things went.
