Guest guest Posted January 21, 2008 Report Share Posted January 21, 2008 Okay, so I posted previously I was going to start my son, , at the chiropractor and I was curious as to what he (the dr.) would say. I know personally the man to be extremely honest and he has a wonderful reputation. So we went this morning ( also has auditory processing disorder) and he said he found some serious mis- alignments that certainly could contribute to both of those issues - not to say cause them but contribute to them. So he adjusted him today and he is to go for 5 more weeks, weekly, and then probably 1x month after that. I figure it can't hurt ... maybe help. My insurance co does not pay for this care, but he had me sign up through some organization where you get the insurance rate, which is $25/visit - so not too bad. Though his ocd is more or less " in remission " now, he still does worry about things and also cannot watch anything that he calls " freaky " , which includes, science fiction, any violence, etc. He turns his head alot at commercials, though we of course are extremely careful with what he watches.
