I had the same thing for awhile, and treated myself with a carpal

tunnel wrist brace that I purchased at a pharmacy. Later I learned

that many people with connective tissue disease have carpal tunnel

from the systemic swelling. Mine just disappeared, but the brace was

comforting when I needed it.
