Hi,

My daughter has ADHD, OCD and TS. About a month ago we started her on

a supplement of calcium, magnesium and zinc. We did this because there

are some studies saying that the magnesium can reduce tics. Her tics

have been the most annoying lately, with swearing and mumbling. We

have been giving her one tablet in the morning and another at night and

her tics have gotten significantly better. Of course, we aren't sure

that is the reason, but we are glad, nevertheless. I have also heard

of zinc being good for ADHD, so that is a bonus for us too. I am a big

advocate of natural things like this. It certainly can't hurt. Good

luck!! Ellen
