Guest guest
Here is the recipe you and Pat wanted that i got at the catered luncheon last summer. it is really delicious. It is so good i am am sending it to some of my other friends as it really is a winner!!!! i don't know its name but this one will do. i didn't get the amounts; just used my usual guess work and it worked. sort of " a little bit of this and a litle bit of that! " Baked Chicken Breasts with Marinad Marinad: lemon pepper granulated garlic basil oregano seasoning salt lemon juice marinate for at least an hour \ then coat the chicken breasts with flour and brown off in skillet/grill only till lightly browned, place in a baking dish lined with aluminum foil and sprinkle with WHITE WINE and lemon juice and generously with more of the marinad and LEMON PEPPER. cover tightly with seran wrap then wrap the whole thing in foil to make air tight then place in 150 to 225 oven and bake for about 2 to 4 hours, according to size of chicken pieces; if large breasts can take to 4 hours. i cut mine in smaller pieces. check to be sure that the meat is done through. If not, cover back up and cook a while longer. when satisfied it is done, you can uncover and broil just long enough to ad a bit of brown to the tops. Love...
