Hi everyone!

My name is -Anne and I was diagnosed with RA, fibromyalgia and

now maybe Lupus. The last few weeks have been a whirlwind and my head

is spinning from all of the tests, info and changes. Does it ever

calm down?

The thing that has me so confused is that I've had bloodwork done

several times in the past month and EVERYTHING changes each time! I

had a negative RF; now it's positive. Negative for Lupus; now

something's positive. C-reactive Protein was mega-high two weeks ago

and now it's normal. White blood cell count was low three weeks ago

and now it's normal.

How will I ever truly know if I have Lupus? It's clear that I have RA

since I've had every symptom, including the nodules, and now it's

showing up in the RF. But with all of these changes in the other

things, I don't know what to think in regard to Lupus.

The doc started me on methotrexate this past Friday; I've been taking

Plaquenil and Celebrex, plus folic acid and other supplements, for

two weeks. They said they're going to be keeping a close eye on the

Lupus possibility and that Plaquenil and metho are used for Lupus,

too, so I'm covered.

Any insight, suggestions or questions I should be asking?

I'm looking forward to getting to know all of you!

-Anne
