Thanks for the link, Beck!!! I just have one question....most of the docs are plastic surgeons. I found one neurosurgeon in Indy. Can I see either? Does anyone have any experience with a plastic surgeon recommending a band?

If they are listed on that site it is generally because they are helmet

friendly are have been seen by another plagio parent that has had a good

experience with them. I would think you could see the plastic surgeon-but

maybe you wnat to call and ask to speak to the DR's nurse or the office

manager and double check the experience they have with plagio. Good luck and

Hey Taryn is there a Doc clinic close to you?

The closest anything is in in Indianapolis or Chicago. We are in a small town with little or no specialists. I just found on the CAPPS site this morning a doc at The University of Chicago by the name of Frim. Has anyone ever seen this doc or heard about him?

I found a doctor on the CAPPS site at The University of Chicago. I called and left a message with their office but with the holiday weekend coming up I don't know if they are in. Keep your fingers crossed!!!

Thanks for all the info, !!!! I looked up driving directions for the clinic you gave me and it's almost exactly 4 hours. I am going to see what happens with the Chicago doctor and we may be coming your way some day. Thank you for being so kind and offering me help. I am at my wit's end anymore and getting very upset sometimes. I had a meltdown today and cried for a good hour.

Thanks, Beck. I have a call into a doctor in Chicago and hopefully they will get back to me. There are lots of orthotists by the link you gave me in Chicago so hopefully we can get it all done close to the doctor's office. Thanks for the info and I will keep everyone posted.
