Guest guest
I hate humid weather. I have found a few products that work really well...Potion 9 and Rewind (at salons) and then any of the Frizz Ease products. I have also used something called Springing Curls. I can't remember the makers of these products but got them at Wal-Mart. I never blow dry my hair and that's probably why it looks so bad all the time. I wash it every day too which makes it extra dry. Anyone that has curly hair knows when you don't wash your hair even one day it gets really oily. Taryn,Haha- I got the wonderful in between too- but they both have wavy hair. I have to blow it dry or else it looks like I never washed it! In this humid weather we have in So. Florida, sometimes I can feel it springing back- yuck!!!!! Oh well, better than no hair at all I guess! For more plagio info

Guest guest
Taryn and , Was your hair curly when you were younger? My daughter Zoe (who will be 3 in October) has very curly hair. I think it's absolutely beautiful, and I'm so jealous (she will probably hate it as she gets older... the grass is always greener). Both my husband and I have extremely straight hair. Lots of people have told me that their son/daughter had curls like Zoe's, but the hair straightened as they got older. Just wondering if you always had curl? Guest guest
I had very straight hair when I was little that gradually got curlier and curlier. I don't think anyone ever likes their hair personally. I am sure will hate her hair if it's straight and also if it's curly. If she gets curls I just hope it's banana curls and not frizzy. My hair, believe it or not, has gotten curlier since being pregnant. Guest guest
Taryn, It's so strange that a person's hair can change so much over time. Zoe's curls are ringlettes, and they tend to get even curlier (but not friz) with all that burg humidity. My hair has always been straight, but I actually got a little curl during my first pregnancy. I was so excited to actually have body in my hair. Between that and my healthy nails, I thought pregnancy was quite the beauty regimen... So far Cole is showing no signs of curls. I was initially hoping he wouldn't get the curl (I wasn't too sure Zoe's ringlettes would look very good on a boy). But now that he has plagio, I'm thinking curls wouldn't be so bad. Who would know that under all Zoe's curls, she has a perfectly round head? Guest guest
Kia, Yeah, my hair was always curly- I can remember the product, " No more tangles " my mom would spray in my hair to comb it through. It's not like really curly, but more wavy- and as my hair grows longer, it pulls the curl out better since its heavier (but also makes it frizzier some days too . I would say that my hair as a kid was curlier than it is today, because with short hair as a kid it would really curl, but now with short hair as an adult, its more just wavy (and of coure, I always wanted straight hair and my friends all wanted my hair so they wouldn't have to curl theirs! We're never happy with ourselves are we? Why don't men care about this stuff- like you never hear, " y'know Stan, I just hate my hair! Guest guest
> y'know Stan, I just hate my hair! Too true . My husband actually shaves his head (talk about maintenance free!). People are always assuming Zoe must get her curls from him, but his hair is as straight as mine. Zoe's hair is super curly, but not at all thick (although it looks really thick with all the curl). She probably won't be happy with her hair regardless, but I hope she keeps the curls... I think they're beautiful Kia -----Original Message-----From: rella1234@... Guest guest
It is strange...I am curious to see the transformations 's hair will make in the coming years. Pregnancy definitely is a beauty regimen. I never got one pimple while pregnant and now they are popping up all the time. My friend's son has cute little ringlets and he is just adorable although people do mistake him for a boy. If I get a chance I will send a picture of him. What is your private email so I don't bother everyone else with a picture unrelated to our topic?
