And why use them when you can get more complete protiens from a food

source, I only use the protien powder sparringly, and it saves you a

ton of money.

I just changed I went through three challenges using the shakes they

were convenient but you can get by without them and still make 5-6

meals a day, the only thing I use these days is a scoop or 2 of

protien powder every other day. the guy I buy supplements from hates

it <hehe>.

so to answer your question, use a whole food instead of the shake,

more power to you
