NO, it is definitely not common for a red spot to remain an entire

day, and it's not ok. Did you ask CT to get in ASAP for an

adjustment to the band? Definitely sounds like he needs a bit shaved

away to relieve some of the pressure causing the red spot. Call CT

back and tell them you'd like to be seen ASAP.

Keep the band off til the red spot fades completely.
