Hi everyone. My DH & I are starting BFL tomorrow! We are parents of

three, and basically have the " don't-have-time-to-exercise-and-eat-

right " syndrome! I've done the major weight-loss thing before (60

pounds), but after my third baby was born two years ago - well, the

weight has slowy crept back on! I would like to lose about 40

pounds, but plan to focus more on how I feel & look, then how much I

weigh. As for DH, he's always been in pretty decent shape, but, the

older you get the harder you have to work at it I think! He is

actually signed up for the challenge officially, and I'm doing it

with him, but not officially entered.

My starting 'hang-ups " are this: finding the time to go to the Y for

the weight training, (we have a treadmill @ home)AND, just can't

bring myself to take that god-awful picture! :)

Looking forward to sharing with you all, and hope to have some

successes to report down the road!
