I just wanted to chime in here. My daughter wore a passive locally made helmet.

She got it at 9 months and she wore it until she was 15 1/2 months. We did see

correction past the 12 month mark. In fact some of the best correction came

right at the end with a well timed growth spurt. So, I'm not saying that you

would definitely get results past 12 months, but there is a chance.

Best of luck and I can certainly understand how frustrating this must be.
