Guest guest
Jill, Too funny. That sounds like something my husband did to my next door neighbors dog one night when he had been barking for about 3 hours and was keeping the baby awake. It was about midnight, and my husband took his supersoaker outside and sprayed him through the fence. Ok, I hope no animal rights activists come after me. Anyway, the dog shut up and the baby went right to sleep and slept the rest of the night. The next day we had a little talk with that neighbor and we have not had a single incident since. Gail idea for Abby's tantrums Debbie, I just wanted to tell you that I find a cup of water dumped over the head is very effective, and you rarely have to do it more than once! Of course, I would schedule this at a time when you don't acatually have to BE anywhere, then you can just threaten to do it when she acts up again.I discovered this one when I was 19 and babysitting my roommates son, who threw tantrums as a work of art. I only had to do it once, and he disliked it so much that whenever I asked him if I needed to get the water he would immediately pipe down.Anyway, it's a thought...Jill RamosFor more plagio info

Also, to clarify, Abby was not having tantrums about her carseat, she was simply being a stinker about it, a very normal headstrong 2.5 year old.
