Hey everybody. want to see my wedding pictures from August 5, 2000, some of which I've never seen yet because the photographers haven't completed my wedding album yet??? I am so upset right now. Yes, we got married just over two years ago and we have yet to have a completed wedding album. First of all, we didn't get the stupid thing initially until October of 2000, of which it was not complete then but we just wanted whatever they could give us. There were some holes in the album but they said they were waiting for the photos to be processed and they would call us within two weeks. Well, life happened, time passed, I was pregnant at the time, so a few months went by before we called them finally. They said bring it in and we'll finish it. They had it for another month, of which they added one more picture, and then I needed it back to show family who was in town. They have never contacted me again and they don't return my phone calls. I just got on the better business bureau website and looked them up. It seems they are in bad standings with bbb because of an unresolved complaint. Today I called but got the answering machine, of course, and apparently they have a website. So of course I had to check it out, and low and behold, she has several wedding albums up for display on the site, including mine! I am so pissed. How the heck do they have time to put my wedding pictures on their website but I can't get my pictures that I paid $1300 for, mind you. I am so mad!!! And the lady, last time I went in there with , and she had the nerve to tell me that his first sitting fee with her is free. and I had to laugh about that. When I told him what she said, he said, "Oh, and so we can get the pictures back when he's 18?"

Anyhow, I have to find a way to resolve this issue. Now I feel cheated because I haven't even ordered any prints from the album because I'm afraid I won't get them. They're decent pictures, I guess, but for the money we paid and the awful customer service we've received, which they applaud themselves about in the website, I'm so tempted to take this witch to small claims court.

Thanks . I know, I definitely need to become more assertive. The church is beautiful, huh? That church is where my parents got married (although now divorced), I was baptized there and I went to the adjoining Catholic school K-8. It was always my dream to get married there, and although my husband wasn't Catholic, he went along with it. haha

That really stinks! I'd be darn ticked too. Don't blame you one

bit.

I just looked at the pictures, they are gorgeous. They really took

some nice unique pictures, like the one of your foot (love the

shoe!), the one of just your bouquet, etc....those are great! I'm

jealous, but then again, I have my album completed! Wow, that really

stinks. I'd be putting on my evil voice and giving them a call!

Hi Kellie,

I'm sorry that your going through this!! I'd definitely start calling

them on a regualr basis. Maybe if you make a pest of yourself you'll

get your album finished. The pictures on the web site are absolutely

gorgeous. The church you got married in is so beautiful!!!
