what is integrative psychiatry?

Hi,

Does anyone know what integrative psychiatry is? The owner of a local

healthfood/vitamin store mentioned looking for an integrative psychiatrist as an

alternative to treating my daughter's OCD. She is currently on prozac but is

experiencing manic episodes, which we are now learning may be caused by the

prozac. I think integrative psychiatrists treat holistically or maybe

homeopathically?? Has anyone had any luck in this area?? And where would I

find one??
