I'm so glad there's still hope of getting approval for

you. I'd definitely point out any errors or

inconsistencies on Cigna's part along with why the

band is medically necessary and not cosmetic or

investigational. Good luck!

Gail did you contact your state ins dept.? I fnot here is a link- might be worth a try also there is an advocate foundation that you might want to try as well here are the links.
