Guest guest
Adjusting to the band is usually much easier for the baby then for the parents. Most babies adjust almost immediately to the band and their sleep patterns are not affected at all. Of course, every baby is different and there have been cases of babies that took a week or two to fully adjust to the band. More often then not, however, there were other underlying causes of the rough adjustment such as teething, ear infection, etc. It's hard to prepare a child for the band and most don't need it anyways, but you might try having your baby wear a hat as often as possible so she can get used to having something on her head. I'm sure will do great! Marci (mom to ) Oklahoma
Guest guest
Although most kids seem to adapt well, one great tip I've heard here is to start putting a hat on the child to get them used to something on their head. Hopefully will adapt as quickly as generally most kids do and this won't be a concern. never had any problems sleeping with it either. Good luck!
