Guest guest
Ken, I used Modge Podge for my artwork. It was the greatest thing I found as NOTHING else worked for me. I even was able to apply that crinkly " banner " stuff that said Happy Birthday when it was Max's birthday last summer. I'll attach some photos in a minute of my " artwork " so you can see what I was able to accomoplish. I found it at 's Artists Supply. They are pretty much nation-wide and if you cannot find a store near you, I'm sure someone (including me) will be happy to get some to you. Don't give up, Ken. It took me like 4 rounds of stickers to get something to stick. And then I saw the Rosie show and that is what made the lightbulb go off in my head. & Maxwell Hart Omaha, NE (used to be in SF, Ca) > Grrrrr.. > > All I wanted to do was have a nice helmet for my little boy. Our latest attempt involved > lightly sanding the helmet, painting 3 coats of water-based craft > paint, applying stickers..then applying a water-based polyurethane > top coat, which took off all 3 coats of paint.
