What insurance do you have? We have Sagamore...does anyone have any experience with them and if they will cover banding? Taryn 's mom a is getting her band! We just wanted to post an update on our situation. Our insurance company says that the DOC Band is a covered benefit - yeah!! We are going ahead with getting the DOC Band now instead of waiting to get a final answer of how much insurance will cover - it looks like it might be 100% but we will cross that bridge when we get to it. The advice you all gave us convinced us that we are lucky to have caught this so early and we don't want to wait to start getting a's head made round.So, she is getting fitted for her band this week and her little head will be begin getting round in a couple of weeks!We are so grateful for the wisdom, advice, and support we've received from this web page. Both the messages directed to us and the archives have been extremely helpful. I just called them directly to find out what they cover - and they were quite helpful in telling me. The lady I talk to takes care of my husband's specific company with benefits. She was very helpful when I was pregnant. Maybe I will call some time this week to see if it would be covered.
