Oh how frustrating for you.... Keep calling. Maybe Marci has some good advice for this one she is the insurance guru. could you call and ask to speak with someone higher up. Here is a link to the state ins. dept. if they Arnet following their own policy and getting back to you when they say they should then call these guys. Please let us know. I am sure this is all so frustrating- I remember wanting to know yesterday and not waist precious time!
