Sleeping and buckle...

Hi all. I haven't been reading or responding lately. I'm finding it hard to

keep up.

Things have been really busy. We are also getting a new computer soon which

should help things. This one is such a dog and really slows me down.

Anyway, I have a concern. 's flatness is on his right side so that is

where

the buckle is. When he sleeps on his belly with is head facing left, the buckle

is down against the mattress and it looks like his face is smushed into the

mattress. When he faces right he is fine because the buckle is not in the way.

His tort is on the right so facing left isn't a problem (which seems to be

resolved

anyway)....it isn't his neck it is the buckle that forces his face downward. It

makes

me crazy and I haven't been sleeping well because of it. Everytime I wake up at

night, I go and check on him. I told Charlotte a CT and she said there is

nothing

that can be done and if I'm uncomfortable about it, to turn him over. So that

is what I do.

Anyone experiencing this same problem?

Doing very well!! Flat spot is starting to pop...it is starting at the bottom

by the neck and working it's way up. So exciting!!!

I can see why you would be nervous about this! It sounds like this

is 's favorite sleeping position and he won't budge unless you

reposition him. I never had this problem, so I have no miracle

cure. I don't think CT would be able to do anything about the

buckle.

Hopefully, he'll find a different position to sleep in soon.

That is terrific news his head has started to pop out! Abby's head

also began to round lower & slowly worked it's way up. Keep it up.

Good luck with him sleeping :)
