Guest guest
If you go to www.orthoseek.com and click on orthopedic topics and then scroll down the page to the T under which you will see Torticollis, exercises left. There is a part under this that shows rotation exercises to have her rotate her head to the left. I am not saying a has tort but it will help to do this exercise to get her to rotate her head the opposite way. Taryn 's mom physical therapy question Hi everyone,a was fitted for her DOC band today. She screamed and screamed but calmed down and began smiling as soon as the casting was over. We're so glad to be making such quick progress towards getting her head round.During the appointment, the technician noted her strong preference to look to the right and told us to continue doing stretching exercises. We were wondering if anyone could point us to a good resource for learning stretching exercises. Is there a web page out there that illustrates this? Or, should we be pursuing formal physical therapy? Thanks! and Matt (parents to a - 3.5 months - DOC band in two weeks!)For more plagio info
Guest guest
& Matt, You've probably already checked out that great link from Orthoseek for exercises, and you can check into www.torticolliskids for more support and tips on treating torticollis. Good luck! ' Mom
