Guest guest Posted April 17, 2001 Report Share Posted April 17, 2001 I'm trying to make sure I get in the 'fatty acids' like Salmon, safflower oil, canola oil, etc...soooooo I tried to grill some salmon last night and it smelled and tasted 'fishy'. Someone has told me to soak it in salt water overnight to get rid of that fishy smell and taste. All I used was some Mrs. Dash and a little squeeze of lemon. I've had salmon at AppleBee's and it tasted awesome...no fish taste or smell. Does anyone know how to prepare salmon properly??? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
