Insurance driving me nuts

I have been trying to get an answer from the insurance company for weeks now.

I wrote them 2 weeks ago..and they told me that the claim for 's

helmet is there..and it was sent to a review board to see if they will

pay..and to allow 5-7 business days. Well i wrote last week and then again

on Tuesday...and they wrote me back to say they have asked for the status of

the claim from their case manager and they will let me know when they get an

answer. That was 2 days ago. I don't know what to do. I want them to tell

me now if they will pay or not..so that if they pay..then at least i know how

much i would owe..and not worry so much...and if they don't pay..i want to

start the appeals process..but they won't give me an ansewr. Help!!
