Guest guest
Hey Beck - Where are you?????? Are you on vacation still responding to posts? You are super moderator! looks great! What an accomplishment being able to skip the band with #2. It was so hard to keep Dane off his flat spot with him being the second kid. Whenever I tried to spend alone time with Olivia, he would go right back to his comfort zone. She made it difficult to be as diligent as I should have. It was much easier to band him than to reposition! LOL! Dane's mom DOC Grad
Guest guest
The birthday party actually isn't until Sunday, but thanks for remembering!!! Today out shopping I caught myself looking at people just to see what their reaction was when looking at . A lot of them looked at me like they felt sorry for me. I notice that over time I am getting more and more used to it. I know, she's only had it a few days but I do think it gets easier all the time. We had to take it off tonight for bed because she has a spot in the hair line that is red that didn't go away after a bath and having it off for a bit. Hopefully we can get her in tomorrow to have it adjusted. She has another appt. on Tues. to have the holes drilled into it and it was already shaved down on Thurs. I know it's probably wishful thinking but I don't feel the indent as much on the back of her head and it feels rounder to me!!! Is it too quick to be seeing any kind of results? My hubby said he noticed it too. Taryn and Indiana taryn Hey Taryn how did the birthday party go? Did anyone ask you about 's helmet how did you do??beckFor more plagio info
Guest guest
Taryn, I've had a lot of people look at me like they feel sorry too. I think they see the band as a form of treatment for something much more serious than a flat spot. It's not helping that suddenly is suffering from stranger anxiety so any new face she sees brings on the waterworks. My husband and I just think it's cute because we know her and why she is upset. Oh well. I've gotten so used to seeing the band on that I think I might actually miss seeing her little face surrounded by all that plastic. As for seeing quick changes. Don't be surprised these bands really DO bring on quick improvement. You'll be shocked everytime you take it off. Isn't it exciting??? & (6.5 months, STARband 8/26/02) > The birthday party actually isn't until Sunday, but thanks for remembering!!!
