If you can control OCD w/o meds, that is wonderful.

However it works for your child. I would be thrilled if we did not have

to do meds, but it turns out we have to. Our children had reactions to

SSRIs, so we had to go down the mood stabilizer route.

Therapy did not help, but if it does for your son, then go for it.
