Guest guest
Congrats on having a good PT session!!! It always helps to brighten your spirits, doesn't it? has her second one tomorrow and I am stoked. really loved the ball the PT had her sit on. Taryn 's mom 's First PT appointment had is first PT appointment today. It went great. I was afraid he was going to cry the whole time, but he was having too much fun playing with all the toys. I really like his PT. She says his tort is pretty mild and gave us exercises to do with him. It's great.....most of them are things we can do without him really knowing that we are trying to stretch him at all. That makes me really happy because he hates it when I do the shoulder pulling / head tilting the other way thing. She was also very happy to hear that we were getting the band.....it will help in getting rid of the 'comfort' spot for him. It's just easier for him to be on the flat spot. Once he gets the band, his head will be rolly to him...hehe. :)Thanks again for all your advice and support.....we are on our way. Guest guest
, YIPPEE for !!! I'm so glad it was a great first session- and that you like the pt- that makes all the difference. I remember such relief being able to just concentrate on working with the tort and letting the band do its magic, you will too I'm sure, its hard enough dealing with the tort posture let alone trying to maintain keeping them there and off that flat spot. I was the major clown at pt too, anything to distract from the process seemed to help- especially blowing bubbles. Good luck and please keep us posted, I can't wait for the latest and greatest update on ! ' Mom
