Aw, bummer- I know you were ready too! I don't know that 3 weeks is a whole

lot for a 10.5 month old with growth, I'm sure you'll hear lots of great

advice from parents that started at that age and what to expect about the fit

given that time between casting. Good luck and I hope they call you before

Friday!

Yep, I know , keeping my fingers crossed for ya- maybe we should all

chant " MONDAY,MONDAY! " and see if it works LOL! Hang in there, your sooooo

Lucky you! As I mentioned earlier, will be a year on Mon and

we are going every week for the first couple weeks and then dropping

to every other week if all seems well. And I have almost a three

hour drive each way. Oh well, what ever it takes, right?

I am not sure if it will effect the fit at all- did they say why it was delayed? Make sure the band is right and make sure they do a really good first fit on her. Again- what a bummer!

Vivian is NOT getting her band today....

Hi all-I just found out that Vivian's fitting appointment for this afternoon is cancelled. Her band isn't in yet. It has been two weeks since the initial appt and I am just really bummed. I totally feel like crying! I was all psyched up and such. The patient coordinator was like "she wants me to put you in the books for next Friday". Hello - that's a whole week! Not to mention the fact that she's 10.5 months right now. I asked if they would call me if it came in sooner, and they will. Do you think this will affect the fit? It will be three weeks from the casting. Ack! I'm just really sad right now & Vivian NOT banded todayFor more plagio info

Nope, not a real good start, kind of puts you on guard. But that's also a

good thing, it will make you more aware and keep an eye out for any potential

fitting problems. Good luck and keep us posted!
