Guest guest
Kristi, Good luck on the spray paint- I didn't even attempt being that creative! I hope this time it sticks, literally ) ' Mom
Guest guest
Kristi, Not sure if you did it, but I read somewhere if you LIGHTLY sand the band with a very fine sandpaper, the paint will stick better. I don't do that...I just deal with the paint peeling. Don't want to take any chances. I'm sure whatever you do, it will be cute....and will probably need regular touch ups anyway. Every bump into a table, every time they hit their heads with a toy, it marks up the silly band. ) Kerri
Guest guest
Oh Kristi that sounds like something I would do - which is exactly why I used stickers and the plane background and changed the stickers all the time. I hope it turns out this time. You are courageous for trying I am NOT creative at all and trying would have just been a disaster- probably ending in me crsuhing the helmet between my feet and the floor at 4am after I had peeled the 8th coat of paint off again- I hope it goes well. Keep us posted and post pictures soon! beck
