Hi, I use a brand called Nature Made. It may be from Walgreens, not

sure. The calcium, magnesium and zinc are all together. I have seen

other brands with this same exact combination and dosages. The only

problem is that it is a large pill. Luckily, my daughter does not have

a problem with it. Good luck! Ellen
