question for woman...

Hi, I wanted to add to this conversation...

I have not been diagnosed with RA, but have been seeing many doctors

for what they " believe " is lupus. First it was systemic, and now it

is discoid. My dermatologist put me on plaquenil, and I have been

on it for about 3 weeks. I have terrible rashes and joint pain out

of this world. Mostly when I go outside. I had the incident of a

workplace that put me into anaphalatic shock one day while at work,

and since that time of all the rashes, and leading up to the " shock "

incident, I have not been right, so I have no idea what my problem

is, but after carful research, I believe I was exposed to some

terible mold in that building, and it must be growing inside me...?

Anyway, I have multiple symptoms with this condition I have, and I

do not know if it is the plaquenil, or the condition, but I myself

would rather clean toliets than spend that " cuddle " time with the

hubby. I cant help it, I have no drive whatsoever! I have a

terrible sleep disorder. I dont knw, but it is very aggrevating,

and it is taking away my life! I am only 34. Any comments?

Carla,

I have been dealing with menopause and no sex drive lately. I believe

our hormones are all tied in with auto-immune diseases. Some have found

relief increasing estrogen a bunch I read. Perhaps the meds also effect our

hormones. I think it could be a combination of things.
