Guest guest
Neem, Unfortunatley, you are feeling what a lot of us felt like when repositioning, frustrated!! Its hard to keep a watchful vigil 24/7 on the repositioning when life is still going full throttle around you. You sound like your doing a great job with incorporating tummy time (try to shoot for 1/2 hour and use a mirror, or place him on the bed while your below acting like a clown), and keeping him out of bouncers and carseats. Use the repositioning aids for sleeping as much as possible. If Siddarthe has tort, this could be even more impossible to deal with, so be sure that tort has been ruled out- and remember that not all tort kids have range of motion problems, some have just a tilt, some have both. It's great that you are keeping on top of this by documenting with photos, it really is hard to look back on your own memory and gauge the progress of repo without hard evidence. Give it a month and decide if this has gotten progressivly worse or better, and know when to say its not working if its not. Siddarthe is still at a great young age, so a month of repositioning will allow you to give that a chance at working, or not. Your doing a great job, keep up the good, hard work, and please keep us posted- your a fantastic mom and it shows in your concern and efforts to help Siddarthe. Good luck!!!
