I had to laugh. You're going to get used to it quicker than you think...except for the head-kissing thing. I still miss that after 7 weeks. I always catch myself kissing the helmet, not thinking. I have to say that it has been much harder on me and the girls at daycare than . I miss kissing his little noggin already He is quite a tropper. He's been passing all the red spot checks with flying colors so we were able to sleep in the band last night. He slept all night! YEAH! I have to say that I can't believe that he's really wearing it already...and the looks from people...... " Ohhhhh.....did he break his head? " Yikes! It is usually much harder on us than it is on the baby wearing the band! I cried for the first couple of days Abby wore her band & was totally depressed seeing her in it for the first wk or 2. But it does get easier on us parents every day, esp. once you see that roundng head, and with being so young, he'll be out of it in no time! Hope things continue going so well - keep us posted.
