Guest guest
I got the chipmunk. It must have been quite hungry because it was only 20 minutes after I set the trap, and he was caught. Of course, that didn't end the story for me. It was desperately trying to get out, pushing on the door, rattling the cage. It was like a monster or that dinosaur in Jurassic Park, you know the one in the beginning that pulled the guy in and ate him. So I didn`t even want to pick the cage up, I was afraid that if it spooked me that I would drop the cage and " Chip " would get out. Could I be a BIGGER BABY?! Thank goodness my neighbor was home for lunch so I asked him to take it out of the house for me. I set the trap again and put it back in the basement. I think that was the only one, but who knows maybe " Dale " is down there too. LOL thanks Heidi – a drama queen > > Okay ladies, here is my problem. Tuesday I saw a chipmunk in the > > dining room. Guest guest
OMG!!! I freak out over moths and other relatively harmless bugs! I can't imagine how I would react to a freaked out chipmunk!! For your sake, I hope " Dale " didn't find his way in, too!!! The city put skunk traps in our backyard a couple of summers ago. The first couple of nights we got oppossums! I wanted to set them free b/f animal control came b/c they would euthanize them. I had to pick up the cages with a big branch and open the door. The next couple days we did get skunks. I had to move them too so that I could let the dog outside. Thank God the cages were so smal, they couldn't stand on their front legs to skunk me! Last summer, my cat cornered a bat in a partially opened window. The bat was freaking out. I had to put my hand in there and open up the screen so that it could fly out. I really need to move! Dane's mom DOC Grad
