Guest guest Posted April 25, 2001 Report Share Posted April 25, 2001 If your jogging at a 9+ or -.5 your not jogging, your running your legs off. But only you know what burning your calories at max. I work in the range of my target heart rate. I dont place a lot of stock on hitting it on the dot. If Im some what winded and sweating, Im happy. This is just what works for me.
