Guest guest
How long do they typically have to be in their helmet? The paper Dr. Frim gave me said until 12 months. Just curious to find out some information. Also, Dr. Frim said usually insurance companies will deny helmets for children because they don't have another medical condition associated with it. He said that typically before they deny they will send a letter asking if the child has tort or not and if they don't they will deny. He said more often than not an insurance company will pay for a helmet if the child has tort because that is causing the plagio. I thought that was very interesting information. I called Ballert (saw a post earlier about this place and will answer soon) and they said the helmet costs $1200.
