I used a pantyliner today on 's band!! haha

The orthotist had added a little section of foam to 's band but

it was a little more " sticky " that the rest of the foam and it was

starting to cause a slight blister on Em's forehead. I was telling

my husband about it and he quietly said, " why don't you try one of

those liner thingies " . HAHAHA I can't believe he even brought it

up. So I cut a small circle and put it in the band and it worked

like a charm!!

The other funny part of the story is he kept asking me how I was

going to make it stay in the band. I kept telling him, " I'll just

stick it in there. " and he was like, " but HOW will you get it to

stick? " I thought he was trying to be funny but by the 3rd time he

asked I explained to him that they have adhesive on one side and he

was like.... " OOOOOOOOHHHH! THAT'S how they work!!! " MEN!!!!
