Guest guest
Hey , Have you tried laying with him? That's what I did with all of my kids. I don't do it with my boys anymore, but I still do it with my 3.5 yo. She's usually sleeping in 5-10 minutes. My boys grew out of it and I'm sure she will too. Could Tucker be scared b/c the door is shut? Is it dark in his room? Check out this website, hopefully you'll find a solution! http://www.babycenter.com/general/toddler/toddlersleep/7700.html Good luck and keep us posted, > hey all..i'm hoping for some advice...as most of you know tucker is a bear to get to bed...he is in a toddler bed and has a side rail so he doesn't fall out..but...he crawls out and bangs on his door relentlessly...nomatter how many times we put him back and tell him no and spank that tushy..twice now he has actually opened the door and come hunt us down..and then says...HAHA....grrrrrr i'm at my wits end...he sits in his room for literally hrs until he falls asleep..and i know he is tired cause his eyes are red and he rubs them and is just a crankybutt when he is tired...he also likes to kick the door...and the wall....any ideas..i feel horrible just leaving him in there....especially when he screams....he is 21 months old and i'm afraid terrible 2's have hit....thanx > > brenda
