Thank you to , , and Debbie for your reply. I appreciate you taking the time to help. We went yesterday for the initial visit and I took all of your advise regarding the interview process. He has been treating Plagio for more than three years and has fitted more than 200 cases. According to him, the Ballert style helmet is almost identical to the DOCBand in the way that it works. The differences are mostly in the manufacturing process. He was extremely helpful in explaining the differences between the different types of bands and helmets. My wife and I feel extremely confident in his abilities (and the success he has had ), so we took the next step and had 's head cast. It was a different process than what I had expected. The casting process took a little bit less than 5 minutes and was extremely easy on . He didn't even cry until the cast was cut off. We are scheduled to get the helmet on Wednesday of next week, so I will keep you posted as to the results. Thanks again for your help, I really do appreciate it.Ray -For more plagio info
