Guest guest
You know the funny thing about the casting is all I thought about when I looked at was that little McClure girl that fell down the well many years ago. Do you all remember what I am talking about?....she had all these bandages on her head in the pictures they showed and that's what reminded me of. She is being fitted on Tues. and I will let you know how it goes. Definitely doing a lot of snuggling in the meantime!!!! Taryn Re: 's casting pictures Taryn,So glad to hear that did as well as can be expected with her casting. I love casting pics, I think they are so cute with all that plaster on them! Let us know when her helmet comes in, and get in lots of snuggle time with her noggin before it gets here!NikiKaylie & Danny (STAR grads)Phila., PA> Here are two pictures from 's casting today. She didn't cry while he put the material on the back of her head but as soon as he put the second stocking cap on she started wailing. She really did very well...I was so surprised and proud of her. I am also happy to report I didn't cry once!!!! It only took about 5 minutes before we were all done. The orthotist answered all my questions and was very nice. He is the same person Ray of the group saw. Anyway, he said will probably need 2 helmets and could possibly wear one until 18 months. Is this common and have any of you had to do this? She gets fitted next Tues. and will be going back every 2-3 weeks for checkups and adjustments. Thanks to everyone for supporting us through this and for the kind words. > > Taryn and (casted today) > IndianaFor more plagio info
