, thanks so much for listing the exercises!  This is a virgin for me and I want to do it so I printed off your list.  I too like the idea of getting the lower body out of the way first and then focusing on upper body.

   Well, I didn't get up early like I had wanted to this morning.    After taking the little one to school I came home and did Ripped & Chiseled.  This one is similar to her other workouts.  I liked how she does the legs first and then the rest of the workout is all upper body.  The biceps just about done me in.  Those 8's felt like 50's.  She does SO many reps, I was beginning to wonder when it would end.

 

I doubt I will buy this one since it's so much like the others.  I KNOW this is a rest week, but really wanted to do this one. 

 

For those of you not familiar with this workout here's how it goes.

 

 

Lunges  8

 squats 8

stiff leg deadlift/ bent knee deadlift-  Skipped!!!

chest press  10

pushups (first set on toes, rest on knees)

chest flys 10

Back rows 12

Dips (straight leg)Skull crusher  7

pullovers 15

overhead press 5

anterior/lateral raise 5

bicep curls  8

hammer curls 8
