Hey Taryn,That's really excellent news!! Don't forget to give big hugs from us. Glad things went so shwell for ya.. & good luck with the fitting; D will get her's on Oct. 14 (hopefully she'll be alright with it).-mary> Here are two pictures from 's casting today. She didn't cry while he put the material on the back of her head but as soon as he put the second stocking cap on she started wailing. She really did very well...I was so surprised and proud of her. I am also happy to report I didn't cry once!!!! It only took about 5 minutes before we were all done. The orthotist answered all my questions and was very nice. He is the same person Ray of the group saw. Anyway, he said will probably need 2 helmets and could possibly wear one until 18 months. Is this common and have any of you had to do this? She gets fitted next Tues. and will be going back every 2-3 weeks for checkups and adjustments.
